A VALUE ARCHITECTURE PRACTICE

Your business is leaving value on the table. We find it, then build the system to capture it.

From hidden inefficiencies and expensive operational problems to opportunities left uncaptured, we identify where value is being created, recovered, or protected, then build what it takes to get there.

Currently accepting a limited number of engagements this quarter.

Most consultants wait for something to break. Prelany looks for where value is being lost or left uncaptured.

PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Recognize any of this?

None of this requires you to already have a technology problem.

Manual work is consuming expensive employee time
Teams are working across disconnected systems
Information is trapped in spreadsheets, inboxes, or individual employees
A process worked at an earlier stage but is breaking under scale
Leadership lacks reliable visibility into what’s happening
Existing software and automation aren’t producing the expected value
Customers are experiencing unnecessary delays or friction
Critical processes depend too heavily on individual people
A previous technology implementation solved part of the problem, then created another
Tools have accumulated without a coherent system connecting them
HOW WE THINK

The Prelany Method

The order matters. Most alternatives start at step four or five.

01

Understand

What’s happening, what’s the problem, and what is it costing the business?

02

Map

The current operating environment: people, process, tools, data, handoffs and dependencies.

03

Diagnose

The actual root cause and the gap between the current and desired state.

04

Design

What system should exist, and what should be kept, improved, connected, replaced or built.

05

Build

Implement what the diagnosis calls for: process redesign, technology, integrations, automation, AI, new systems, or a combination.

06

Verify & Measure

Confirm the system works as designed, and measure the value created against the original cost.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Keep. Improve. Connect. Replace. Build.

Prelany doesn’t arrive with a predetermined technology. The diagnosis decides which of these is right, sometimes more than one.

Keep

What already works.

Improve

What is underperforming.

Connect

Systems that should communicate but don’t.

Replace

What is fundamentally unsuitable.

Build

What is missing entirely.

“Technology should serve the business problem, not dictate the solution.”

WHY IT MATTERS

The result is measured, not assumed.

Expensive problem Diagnosis System design Keep / Improve / Connect / Replace / Build Implementation Verification Measurable business value
Time recovered
Cost reduced
Revenue protected or created
Capacity increased
Risk reduced
Visibility improved
CAPABILITIES

The capabilities behind every engagement.

01

Revenue & Conversion Systems

How the business attracts, qualifies, and converts opportunity.

02

Operations & Delivery Systems

How work gets done once it is sold or committed to.

03

Visibility & Decision Systems

The information, reporting and visibility leadership needs to understand what is happening and make better decisions.

04

People & Process Systems

Internal workflows, handoffs and coordination across teams.

05

Technology & Integration

Connecting the systems, information and technology the business relies on so they work together as intended.

  • Systems integration
  • Workflow design
  • Automation
  • AI implementation
  • CRM & ERP systems
  • APIs and data connections
ACROSS THE BUSINESS

The same method, eight different functions.

Illustrative examples of how the diagnosis applies, not claims about specific past engagements.

Sales

Repetitive data entry and poor lead handoffs.

Finance

Month-end close slowed by fragmented data and manual reconciliation.

Operations

A process that worked at small scale but breaks as volume increases.

HR

Onboarding fragmented across email, documents and individual employees.

Manufacturing

Disconnected production tracking systems creating stale information.

Logistics

Customers learning about problems only after they occur.

Customer Experience

Support unable to see relevant customer or order information.

Marketing

Marketing activity feeding a CRM that nobody follows up in consistently.

ABOUT PRELANY CO.

A value architecture practice built for businesses ready to operate at a higher level.

Prelany Co. works with established and growing businesses facing the complexity that comes with scale: fragmented processes, disconnected systems, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities that are harder to capture than they should be.

The practice brings together strategic thinking, systems expertise, technology, and specialist capability to understand what is happening inside the business and build what is needed to move it forward.

Every engagement is approached with senior-level attention, commercial judgment, and a focus on creating measurable business value.

Currently by application. Prelany Co. takes on a limited number of engagements at any time, so that each one gets senior attention.
INSIDE THE PRACTICE

The systems and frameworks behind the work.

Prelany’s methods are refined through practice, then applied to what each engagement actually needs. Here is some of the thinking behind how a business system gets diagnosed, designed and connected.

A diagnostic framework for finding where operations lose money

A structured way of mapping where a business process breaks down, used before any system is proposed.

A systems-integration blueprint

A repeatable pattern for connecting disconnected systems and data, so it doesn’t need to be rebuilt from scratch for every engagement.

An approach to AI-assisted qualification and routing

Using AI where the diagnosis calls for it: qualifying, routing, and reducing manual handling, without assuming it’s needed everywhere.

FAQ

Before you reach out.

What does Prelany Co. actually do?

Prelany Co. diagnoses expensive, disconnected operating problems inside a business, then designs and builds the systems, process changes, integrations, and AI-powered automation needed to solve them. The starting point is always the business problem, not a piece of technology.

How is this different from hiring an automation or AI agency?

Most automation and AI agencies start with a tool or platform. Prelany Co. starts with a structured diagnosis of the business problem and its cost, then decides whether the right move is to keep, improve, connect, replace, or build a system. AI and automation are used where the diagnosis calls for them, not assumed upfront.

Do you replace all of our existing tools and systems?

No. Every engagement starts by identifying what already works and should be kept. Replacing or rebuilding a system only happens when the diagnosis shows it is genuinely unsuitable. The default is to connect and improve what already exists wherever that is the better business decision.

Who actually does the work?

Prelany Co. runs on a hub-and-spoke model: one accountable point of contact from diagnosis through delivery, with specialist engineers assigned to execution when specialist depth is needed. There is no rotating account team.

How does an engagement start?

With a conversation about where the business is losing time, money, or opportunity. Prelany Co. currently takes on a limited number of engagements at a time, by application, so each one gets senior-level attention.

START A CONVERSATION

Ready to see where your business could be creating, recovering, or protecting more value?

Tell us where the friction, cost, or missed opportunity is. We’ll show you whether there’s a system that can close the gap, and how.

A Diagnosis is a scoped engagement on its own, not just a sales call. It maps what’s happening, quantifies what it’s costing, and lays out what closing the gap would take, whether or not that turns into a build.

By application only.
